I would say I’m a pretty ordinary 20-something—now pushing 30—guy in Houston. I’m about to get married and have a baby on the way. My fiancé and I live in a decent apartment with our dogs Flip & Bella and spend as much free time as we can with friends and family.

My Story
I think, especially at this stage of the game, the one thing I am missing is a good workout routine. I have the desire to be healthy, to look good, and to feel good about my health. I’m not scrawny or overly stocky, I’m just kind of riding in the middle. There are areas I could definitely improve. This year I just want to slim down and build a little muscle mass.
