Power in Numbers
In the first month working with my trainer, Camilla, I lost 7 pounds and 4.5 percent body fat. She’s been great and puts me through boxing, a whole bunch of abs, some step drills, and resistance training. Working out is hard enough, so if it seems like work to me, I don’t enjoy it. But with Camilla, it’s fun. We’re laughing while she’s kicking my butt. She talks to me to distract me from what I’m doing, asking me about my business or friends and family. Plus when I have a scheduled appointment with someone I stick to it better because I want to follow the rules. The days that I work out on my own, it’s a lot harder.
